Heather Rushing

Heather Rushing is an Operations Associate at DIL.  In this role, she assists with the overall operations of the department, overseeing equipment purchases, office supplies, financial assistance, and reimbursements.  Her ongoing work at DIL will be to provide efficient procedures to streamline processes for all DIL staff.  Her most recent role was an Administrative Assistant within the Office of International Affairs where she worked for several years.  In her role at OIA, she assisted with GEMS reimbursements, H-1B, J-1 and F-1 processing and triaging the front desk operations.  Heather holds an MBA in HR Management from Keller School of Management.
